Booking Terms & Conditions
A two-night minimum stay is required and all bookings require a $1500 damage deposit, which is fully refundable if no damage claim is made.

Cancellation Policy
- 45 days or more: full refund less $200 administration fee.
- 30 to 44 days: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: no refund
